Try your BravePot with your plants. If it's not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

What can be returned
- Products that have been used and tried with a plant can be returned, as long as they are clean, complete and undamaged (all parts included: pole segments, reservoir, holder, planter and clips).
- Please remove all soil, moss and plant material before sending it back.

How to start a return
Email us at info@bravepot.eu with your order number. We'll reply with instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Return shipping
- Changed your mind? Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item? We cover the return shipping. Just contact us with a photo and we'll make it right.

Damages and issues
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get something different is to return your item and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll let you know. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.

EU right of withdrawal
Customers in the European Union also have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day guarantee extends this.
